babies needs in order to settle them.

Keeping a checklist is handy and may help eliminate the risks of
experiencing an anxiety attack. Try to check through your list each
time your baby cries to find the cause of their distress.
Once the main problem has been identified and dealt with,
you’ll soon observe your little one go back to their peaceable state.
Routines
Although you want to hold your baby all the time, you really should not.
Remember that you also need to look after yourself and perform certain
house chores too.
Just imagine how you can attend to other things if you always carry your
baby around your home.
Time-management is a valuable skill that parents should develop.
Your little one is likely to become accustomed to a particular routine if
you keep sticking to it.
So start making a schedule for sleep and daytime naps. In this manner,
you can squeeze in a task or two while your child sleeps.
Safe Space
Ensure that the place where you lay your baby down is safe, comfy and
well ventilated.
Suitable clothing and covers are also important as such factors can
affect your little one’s quality of sleep.
Noise
Babies can usually fall asleep anywhere. If they’re comfy, they can even
doze off if it’s noisy. Naturally, this requires some getting used to.
That’s why veteran parents will expose their babies to the sound of a
vacuum or other noisy appliance early on.
They will have no worry performing house chores while the baby is
asleep. Their infants have adjusted well to the noise.
Soft Music
Various sounds have also been proven to assist parents in settling their
little ones down. A soft shushing sound.
Playing some relaxing music is also a great way to lull a baby to sleep.
If you make this a habit, your baby may soon connect a particular melody
with sleep time.
